This Privacy Policy describes how ACTIVE CONNECT EXPERIENCE LTD. ("ACE", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Thailand, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the ACE fitness marketplace platform.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Account information - your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
  • Profile photo - any avatar you choose to upload.
  • Booking records - details of sessions you have booked and the amount paid.
  • Search queries - searches you perform on the platform, to improve our recommendations.
  • Technical data - IP address and browser/device information collected when you log in, for security purposes.

We do not store credit card or payment details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe. We only store a reference ID linking your booking to a Stripe transaction.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your bookings and communicate booking confirmations.
  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns and search behaviour.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with the following service only as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Stripe - payment processing. Your email address is passed to Stripe when completing a purchase. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, financial records related to transactions).

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
